These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through AB Råwerk and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon AB Råwerk , unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of AB Råwerk.
AB Råwerk insist on you being careful handling candles and never leave them unattended or with children. AB Råwerk take no responsibilities what so ever for events caused by lighted candles.
Every product is a unique artwork, handmade and mounted by us. Since the products are made by natural materials supposed to age naturally the patina will change over time. Every products specific pattern and structure of wood, metal and oxidation is unique – as nature itself. Therefore, the images showing our products on this website might differ some in the pattern from the artwork you will receive.
Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.
All payments and invoicing is handled by Stripe for your security – A global authorized third party processor for most major banks. Read more about Stripe here: https://stripe.com/en-se/payments
VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.
AB Råwerks webshop accepts VISA and MasterCard via Stripe. There are no extra charges for using credit cards.
When placing your order, you also approve our conditions of sale and make a binding order. The amount of the purchase is reserved against your credit card as soon as payment has been approved. The stated amount will be debited within a few hours.
AB Råwerk offers in collaboration with Stripe invoice payments. Invoice payments are currently available for customers registered in Sweden. If you are an international costumer interested in invoice payment. Please contact our support directly for help firstname.lastname@example.org
The delivery time is stated under each product and in the shopping cart. International deliveries usually take 3-7 days longer.

Råwerk offers free delivery and shipping within EU.
For orders outside EU we offer shipping for € 50-80 depending on destination. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further details. Your parcel will be delivered via Postnord, DHL or Schenker to Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway and by UPS or FedEx to all other countries. Since our products are handmade delivery time is stated under each product and in the shopping cart. Normal shipping time after leaving our workshop is 2-4 working days for deliveries within the EU and 5-7 working days for deliveries outside the EU. When your artwork is leaving our workshop and shipped to you you will receive will a package ID via email so that you can easily track your delivery.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
In case of a trade, AB Råwerk will pay for the delivery of the replacement product. When you have applied the return policy you shall: -in the case of a product: return the product personally or by mail to us. -in the case of a service: make the material available to us, unless this poses significant stress to your person.
Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Returning a product is to be done on your expense. Returned products are to be sent as postal packages.
AB Råwerk shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service. You are oblige to pay for the return delivery of the product.
Before returning a product you need to inform us by email including your address and contact details. In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased product.
When returning a product/service you are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product.
Customers outside the EU should contact us to be provided with a return label.
If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged. Customers outside the EU should contact us to be provided with a return label.
Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of and non-observance of the directions provided by AB Råwerk. The warranty will not include the patina that time will effect on the product. The natural aging process of the material.
When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in your personal information. We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.

AB Råwerk is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
